Professional Hockey Player. A native of North Sydney, Nova Scotia, he played the position of Defense for teams in the International Hockey League (IHL), National Hockey League (NHL), and the Canadian Amateur Hockey League (CAHL). At 5’11”, and 180lbs, Hollett played for the Syracuse Stars from 1932 to 1933, and 1935 to 1936, Buffalo Bisons from 1933 to 1934, Toronto Maple Leafs from 1933 to 1936, Ottawa Senators from 1933 to 1934, Boston Cubs from 1935 to 1936, Boston Bruins from 1935 to 1944, Hershey Bears from 1940 to 1941, and the Detroit Red Wings from 1943 to 1946.
