Ernest Armstrong McCulloch was a cellular biologist, co-discoverer of the existence of stem cells. Born in Toronto, Ontario April 27, 1926; died there January 20, 2011. McCulloch was educated at the University of Toronto. He is interred at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto.
